Use Powerchimp to power up these devices:
- Mobilephones - approx 48 hours standby time and 4 hours talk time
- iPod - approx 20 hours; 4 hours if watching video
- AA rechargeable batteries - charge in approx 2 hours
- MP3/MP4s - approx 3 hours
- PSPs - approx 2.5 hours
- PDAs - approx 24 hours
Note: actual times will vary according to charge in the batteries and quality of batteries used.

To recharge your powerchimp:
- Flashing red light means unit needs recharging
- Fully charge your powerchimp from the USB on your laptop in 5 hours
- Plug tip of retractable USB charging cable into USB port of your laptop or other USB socket
- Plug other tip into powerchimp input socket
- LED is red when charging; LED turns green when fully charged
- May also be charged via mains and solar power
