Terms & Conditions
To register please enter your details at https://www.simms.co.uk/floorwalk-feeling/ on the form in full including valid name, email, postal address including postcode and tick to accept data usage (for fulfilment only) and these terms and conditions.
To take part you must be over 18, a legal UK resident, currently employed by a UK reseller in a sales role and have received an email invitation. The promoter’s decision is final on accepted entrance to the incentive. You will receive a confirmation email from Simms if you are accepted onto the incentive.
Receiving an email invitation or filling in the online form is no guarantee of entry.
Each week from 25th June until 16th July you will receive a digital and or physical communication with information and varied rewards for taking part. The promoter is not obliged to fulfil any of the mailings or communications and may cancel or change the activity at any time at their own discretion without loss or compensation for any participants.
A core condition of entry is the attendance online of a fun quiz event on 16th July. The quiz for the purpose of these terms and conditions will be viewed separately and any terms or conditions relevant will be shared prior to the event.
We cannot practically fulfil the incentive programme if you do not accept the use of your basic submitted data.
No bulk entries are allowed. Any suspicious entries will be discarded. All entries are at promoter’s sole discretion.
Any rewards, prizes or incentives can be viewed as income. All or any taxes liable on income from this activity for individuals taking part are the sole responsibility of the individual.
Registration for the incentive must be made by Friday 18th June 8pm. If for any reason entries are accepted after this date it may mean missing out on the welcome pack or any communications / rewards during the activity.
Please ensure you enter the correct mailing address and email address as this is where incentives and information will be sent.
Should an act, omission, event or circumstance occur which is beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, and which prevents the Promoter from complying with these Terms & Conditions the Promoter will not be liable for any failure to perform or delay in performing its obligations.
The Promoter will only use personal data for the running and administration of this activity and will not for any other purpose unless it has your consent. All personal data will be held in accordance with all relevant data protection legislation currently in force. If any provisions of these Terms & Conditions are judged to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, this will not affect or impact the continuation in full force and effect the remainder of the provisions.
By entering this activity, all participants will be deemed to have agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and consent that they have the permissions from their employer to participate.
In the event of a discrepancy between these Terms & Conditions and the details in any communications or material, the details in the Terms & Conditions will prevail.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by English law and their interpretation and application will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
